Grace Over All™ creates faith-driven apparel and accessories inspired by Scripture, Christian identity, and everyday faith.

Our products may include apparel, accessories, printed designs, embroidered items, digital gift cards, and other merchandise offered through our online store.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, product colors, details, sizing, print placement, embroidery, fabric texture, or appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, product availability, production process, and fulfillment method.

We do not guarantee that the appearance, fit, color, quality, or exact details of any product purchased will perfectly match how it appears on your screen.

All product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, designs, and product details are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities of any products offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT

Many Grace Over All™ products are fulfilled through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. This means items may be produced after an order is placed.

Because items may be made or fulfilled specifically for the customer’s order, we are unable to accept standard returns or exchanges for wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, size guides, color options, product photos, shipping information, and order details before completing checkout.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

Grace Over All™ reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until Grace Over All™ confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our products may be fulfilled through a print-on-demand process, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted or sent to production.

If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to return, refund, store credit, or exchange only in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or unauthorized export.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties, or import charges.

Prices shown in our online store may differ from prices shown through third-party platforms, apps, sales channels, or promotional campaigns.

We may offer promotions from time to time. Promotions may have separate terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms of Service, the promotion terms will apply.

SECTION 6 - PAYMENTS AND SECURE CHECKOUT

We accept secure online payments through Shopify Checkout and other available trusted payment providers.

Payment options may include major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay when available.

All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. Grace Over All™ does not store your full payment information.

By placing an order, you agree that all payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Grace Over All™ currently ships to Canada and the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and the items in your order.

Our products are fulfilled through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because items are prepared after an order is placed, fulfillment and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, production demand, fulfillment location, availability, and order volume.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, holidays, weather, high order volume, or events outside our control.

For orders shipped between Canada and the United States, duties, customs fees, import charges, or taxes may apply depending on the destination and local requirements.

These charges are not controlled by Grace Over All™ and may be the customer’s responsibility if applied by the carrier, customs authority, or applicable government authority.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are subject to the carrier’s process and policies.

SECTION 8 - TAXES, DUTIES, AND IMPORT FEES

Applicable taxes may be calculated and charged at checkout based on your shipping address, order details, and applicable tax laws.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for duties, import taxes, customs fees, carrier fees, or other charges required by their country or region.

These fees are not always controlled by Grace Over All™ and may be charged separately by customs authorities or carriers.

SECTION 9 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Grace Over All™ does not accept standard returns or exchanges for wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing information, shipping information, color options, and order details before completing a purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at graceoverallmerch@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue so we can review the situation.

If approved after review, Grace Over All™ may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, Give Grace Forward E-Gift Card, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Refunds are only considered after review for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

SECTION 10 - STORE CREDIT AND GIVE GRACE FORWARD E-GIFT CARD

For select situations, Grace Over All™ may offer store credit or a Give Grace Forward E-Gift Card as a goodwill option.

These requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. Store credit or a Give Grace Forward E-Gift Card may be offered at our discretion instead of a refund, replacement, or exchange, depending on the situation.

Store credit and Give Grace Forward E-Gift Cards may only be used toward eligible purchases from Grace Over All™ and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law.

If a return is not required or approved, we encourage customers to gift the item to someone who could wear it, be encouraged by it, and discover Grace Over All™.

This gifting suggestion is offered as a customer-care encouragement and does not guarantee store credit, refunds, exchanges, replacements, or gift cards.

SECTION 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to brand names, product names, logos, designs, graphics, images, text, slogans, videos, product photography, layouts, creative materials, and other content belongs to Grace Over All™ unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, republished, downloaded, stored, transmitted, or used without prior written permission from Grace Over All™.

The Grace Over All™ name, logos, slogans, designs, product names, and creative materials are part of our brand identity and may not be used without permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use any intellectual property belonging to Grace Over All™, Shopify, or any third party.
