Shipping Policy

Grace Over All™ products are fulfilled through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is prepared after an order is placed, fulfillment and shipping times may vary depending on the product, destination, and carrier.

 

Order Processing

After your order is placed, it will be sent to production and fulfillment. Most orders require processing time before they are shipped.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

 

Shipping Regions

Grace Over All™ currently ships to Canada and the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of Canada and the USA.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and the items in your order.

Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout when required.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please allow additional time during busy seasons or major product launches.

 

Duties, Customs, and Import Fees

For orders shipped between Canada and the United States, duties, customs fees, or import charges may apply depending on the destination and local requirements.

These charges are not controlled by Grace Over All™ and may be the customer’s responsibility if applied by the carrier or customs authority.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order.

Grace Over All™ is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order appears delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at graceoverallmerch@gmail.com with your order number and details.

We will review the issue and help determine the next steps.
