Return and Refund Policy
Because each Grace Over All™ item is fulfilled through print-on-demand, we’re unable to accept standard returns or exchanges for wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
Please review the size guide, product photos, color options, and order details carefully before checkout. If you need help choosing a size, contact us before ordering at graceoverallmerch@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once reviewed, we’ll let you know the next steps. If the issue is approved, Grace Over All™ may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.
Returns
We do not accept standard returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, or change of mind.
If a return is required for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you will receive instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Store Credit and Give Grace Forward E-Gift Card
For select situations, Grace Over All™ may offer store credit or a Give Grace Forward E-Gift Card as a goodwill option.
These requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. Store credit or a Give Grace Forward E-Gift Card may be offered at our discretion instead of a refund, replacement, or exchange, depending on the situation.
If a return is not required, we encourage customers to gift the item to someone who could wear it, be encouraged by it, and discover Grace Over All™.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you ordered the wrong size, color, or item, the fastest way to receive the correct item is to place a new order after carefully reviewing the product details and size guide.
Refunds
Grace Over All™ does not offer standard refunds for wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
Refunds are only considered after review for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, unless an exception applies under applicable law.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, in their original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
